Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Power Scrub™ Electric Cleaning Brush to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. To request a return, please contact us at thembanifaith4me@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the reason for the return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
